Lilypie 1st Birthday Ticker

Memory Lane

Here is a fun little game I found on Melissa'a blog (thanks!)

If you're reading this, please leave a comment on this post of a memory that you and I have had together. It doesn't matter if you've known me for a short time or a long time, anything that you remember! Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.

I'm excited to drum up some comments as I've been absent for awhile in both reading and writing blog posts.

...but I came back! (Michael, are you reading this?)

Anyway, have fun with this. I'm looking forward to hearing the goofy things you all remember about me!

Also, if you leave a memory about me, I'll go to your blog and leave one about you.

On your mark... get set... comment!

hmmm where to start I remember sleeping over at your house before your family moved away from Utah. But I think my favorite memory was writing letters with you, I thought it was so cool to have a penpal, especially one I already knew! :)

FIVE!!! short legged buzzards sitting on a tree! Your little sister, you, Michael, myself, and other neighbors hanging out on the porch of the old rental house in Provo. I had a fun time playing with your sister, and listening to her sing girls camp songs, and all of us just spending time together out there was a good memory for me. The blog looks great. - Geoff www.montelloalpacacompany.blogspot.com

Bethany, I remember when we went on that long run and we got lost. That was fun. Also, one thing I always remember about you is your good nice, long hugs. I remember when I was talking to you about something difficult and you gave me a big hug and it automatically made me feel so much better! I hope you are doing well. I miss you!

I remember coming over and eating yummy fajitas at your house. I also remember all of our fun visiting teaching chats. We miss you!

I remember fiddlin' together, and telling you about wanting to get married even though I felt silly about it :_). You also got me turned onto teaching 'Neia to read, for which I am forever greatful. Oh, and IKEA was great. Then again, so was watching Pride and Predjudice with you, Michael and Dan. And don't forget Silly Songs with Larry! And no, rain checks are not edible. So many good memories!

What a treat! Some of these memories I had forgotten (and some weren't mine yet). Thanks for brightening my day with your wonderful sentiments.

Also, Geoff--which sister? Neither Michael nor I can remember this! :)

Oops.

And by the way, my favorite memory of being in that house with you guys is the Sunday after we came back from quest and found out that you two had been through Impact. We were on cloud 9 that day. :)

My favorite memory? In Utah?
I think it has to be the swings in Pioneer Park. Our first date—no matter what you say! Go team, go team, go!
